Clients ship lasers directly to our lab using USPS Flat Rate for optimized security and efficiency. The flat rate cost is typically $9.85 each way, plus insurance coverage based on your device value. Return shipping follows the same rigorous safety protocols.

• Insurance: $100 coverage included; $0.95 for each additional $100.
• Prepaid Label: We will provide a shipping label to simplify your process.
• Packaging: Use a small, durable box to ensure equipment safety.

Standard Lab Payment
Payment is due upfront before we begin the calibration process. Once your equipment arrives and is logged into our system, we will send an invoice for all services. All accounts must be settled in full before we ship your certified gear back to you.
School and Institutional Orders
We gladly accept official purchase orders from schools, universities, and local municipalities. Please submit your PO during the intake process to avoid delays in re-certification.
How to Pay
- We accept all major credit cards through a secure online checkout link. A typical single laser service totals about $125, which includes the $100 certification fee and estimated $25 for round-trip shipping and insurance.
